The following research work focuses on analysing the concept of mapping methods to define how healthy aging is possible in Alaska (Howell et al., 2020). My contribution within the following work was based on Word documents and a PowerPoint presentation that primarily focused on the short background of the total of 53 people who were part of the experiment. It also included discussing different integral information that is considerable e enjoyable and meaningful to their daily routine and how it can contribute to their healthy aging. the following reflection focuses on my role and how it is portrayed within the following literature.
The utilization of information as Peculiar as the background of the person and their day-to-day life is extremely important to contribute in research to analyze why the aging process in the particular area is slower than in other places. the impact to recognise how eating habits as well as physical activities and even psychological health on a person's health is prominent and can be discussed through further research as well. This particular information that I peculiarly worked on was addressed imminently within the literature as one of the core reasoning behind the factors of the people. As primary reasoning as to why is a certain person among the research group was of a particular age and still fit was directly connected to and questioned with the details that were discovered and researched by me.
This not only gave away a structure and his reasoning behind what happened but also in a more connective and easy-to-understand evaluation of the situation. in many cases there have been seen that different methodologies are utilized for reasoning. even in the following work, the use of Concept mapping methodology would have not had a direct analysis even through multidimensional scaling and cluster analysis that could have been understood by everyone and anyone. however, the discussion of its relativity with the person's background is more easily distinguished.
The best example to understand how the literature accurately utilizes and reviews the person-centered best practice outcome with the clear evidence of literature used in presenting the outcome can be seen through many of the examples of people who have lived a long and normal life yet their basic condition or History is something that contributes to the reason why a particular person is a way they are which can be prominently viewed within the work itself.
On a personal scale when talking about the different information that I was able to gather for the following research it is subjective in nature to different people and their understanding. On one hand, some people will take up the information of my idea of people's background and personal data more seriously in engaging with the research and its topic discussion while others can also face the challenge by experiencing the factors that are identified in the different Strategies and ideas provided by me. The reason behind the same is that any conclusion requires more of a direct proof rather than a connective social perspective provided over the same. However, I can state that this particular experience through the research itself was fruitful in many ways as it help me recognize some of the crucial science of a healthy and happy life.
