Analyst perspective

From analyst perspective the major concern of Amazon.com is the security issues that are often identified as the risks that might approach the system. Online ordering system analyst also takes into consideration the fact that might affect the system due to the lack of robustness of the online ordering system. The analyst notices that the robustness of Amazon is well defined and the platform that is used by Amazon framework is much secured. From the analyst perspective, Amazon is a very user friendly in nature, leading to the fact that the clients who will be accessing Amazon will stay satisfied and the need of their access will be fulfilled (Welch, 2015). From an analyst’s point of view the major aspect that amazon suffers from is that the connectivity of the system is not well managed this leads to the fact that the data that are to be gathered by the clients during the completion of the job is not very efficient in nature. 

Design Perspective

From the design point of view the major aspect that is taken into consideration is that the data that is present in the online ordering system are readable in nature in order to make the details that are present in the online ordering system understandable for the users (Yamato, Fukumoto & Kumazaki, 2017). Amazon uses a very distinctive and bold fonts, which helps the users to get the data in a more accurate way. This will lead to the fact efficiency of surfing the system will get enhanced in a positive node. Navigation of the system will ensure the fact that the users easily reach to the sections that they need to gain access to. This is the major reason that Amazon has been this successful in the recent years (Haque, Saber & Shah, 2018). The color combination that is used by Amazon is very bright and has a high contrast coloration leading to the fact that the contents of the system will be visible enough and documentation gets easier and the preciseness of the application acts as the major advantage for the users as they need not waste much time in surfing the entire application in order to reach their destination.   

Project management perspective

From the project manager perspective, the major help that this online ordering system provides is that the requirements and demands of the clients will be visible to the organization. This will lead to the fact that the feedback that is provided by the clients will act as a reference which will help the organization in understanding the flaws that are existing in the project (Diehl & Bishop, 2017). This leads to the fact that the improvement of the application will be proceeded. Project managers also enjoys the fact that they can estimate the amount of profit the online ordering system can provide after completion of the project. This will lead to the fact that the evaluated data will help the investors to get an estimated amount of money the organization may invest for getting ahead of the entire competition that are present in the market.
