Good morning my teachers and students
My name is ______ studying in _______ is looking forward to pursue my degree in HR profession. Therefore, in this context, I was asked to do a power point presentation based on the profession that I am going to choose. So now, I am going to start my presentation.
The 1st slide talks about the purpose of the research which would determine the research problem which is the guideline for the research that it would be conducted for the next slides. The slide talks about the strategic skills of HR, which the manager practices in order to make the working of the organization, effective.
The second slide talks about the purpose of the research work, which states that what are the skills that are being identified after the research work is done. The purpose also state about the practices of different skills and what make the person a HR. His valuable contribution to the success of the organization has also been taken into account.
Next slide, talks about the research design where the types of research is being identified. The quantitative analysis and then the descriptive analysis are being followed in order to make the research work authentic, along with this the research instruments is being identified. Where, the online survey would be carried out.
The next slide talks about the sample sizes where 150 Hr managers were invited from the different organizations in order to participate in the online survey along with the 200 colleagues in the organization. On the basis of score, the colleagues were divided.
Next slide, talks about the observation of Data where a score has been set in order to determine the feedbacks taken for HR. The opinions of the Colleagues have been recorded and accordingly, the effectiveness of the Hr manager is determined.
After the sample sizes and the recordings have been done, the next slide talks about the findings or the ultimate result which talked about the opinion of the HR about their work and the colleagues of the organization. It has been stated in decision making skills are important, the HR manages to give proper training to the employees in the various organizations and also trying to make the compensations and benefits for the workers working in the organization.
The findings lead to the development of the strategic skills which make the HR a talent manager, leader of the organization and so forth. Therefore, these important skills are being taken into account after the finding was done. The strategic skills which makes the findings more relevant and appropriate.
Next comes the limitations where it has been discussed about the gap in the research work related to the number of employees and the exclusion of biasness
The last slide talked about the Concluding part stating the importance of HR and his working, while maintaining his strategic skills.
