This article has been selected in order to be criticized because the aspect of child pedagogy has a deep relationship with the overall development of the children. The author of this article is Jean Rockel (Rockel, 2009).
The most important issues and challenges faced in providing the children with the care giving have been discussed over here. The care setting in the educational context has been given the most important focus in this article. The national curriculum will have to be revised for the benefits of the children and the infants (Rockel, 2009). The qualified teachers and the educators will have to play the major role in this procedure. According to the authors it has been revealed that the educators should be trained to tackle large groups of infants. The collectiveness of the children or the infants has been very problematic to handle for the caregivers.
The author has expressed his opinion that the care giving for the infants should always be based on their habits that have been seen in them over the months and years. The child care should be provided to them as per the pedagogical approach (Rockel, 2009). The strength of this article lies in the display of the minute details of child pedagogy that has been put in by the authors. The weakness is that it has not showed the complexity of the infant care giving in a minute manner. The role of the care givers has been very important to assess the genuine details about the author. Thus the article has provided a good contribution about the subject topic.

The importance of care giving has been discussed here in a grand manner since the infants are need of thorough care. The care givers should play the major role in providing the infants with the all sorts of facilities to the infants in terms of health and education mostly.
