Introduction
Four partners have decided to initiate a start up business that will also include the use of an online website. Hence, the main problem is the significantly large scope of work in the project that will require significant amount of planning as well as funds. However, there is also the opportunity to start a well established business set up that will be instantly popular in the market.
Project Summary
In this project, a new office building will be rented or purchased for setting up the start up business operations centre and a human resource manager will be appointed to recruit personnel required for operations of the business. In addition, a website will be developed through which, the company will be able to operate online.
