Report of the Meetings Outcomes

These are the minutes of the status update of the business trip held on 18/12/2017 at Jasper Hotel as from 9:00 am

The meeting started on time with welcoming remarks from the chairperson after which the members present and absent with apology was read out followed by a confirmation of the minutes of the previous meeting. Then the discussion on the agenda of the day kicked off with the members being notified of four primary agendas. The first agenda concerned the booking of Jasper Hotel. It was decided that Jasper hotel was too costly and therefore members chose to book Rydges Melbourne. Thus, Hannah Tom was given the go-ahead to book Rydges Melbourne.

The second agenda was transportation logistics, and it was decided that the departure time was to be on 20/12/2017 at 10 am, and the company bus was to be used for transportation. The agenda on confirmation of specific needs and requirements was the third agenda. Only one participating member had a particular need for the diet, and thus the catering services team under the leadership of Lucy Ryan was requested to make such an order to the hotel department of Rydges Melbourne.

Lastly, the agenda on catering services was conclusively discussed, and it was agreed that the member would take three meals each day alongside refreshments. However, it was at every individual’s discretion to decide the number of meals to take. The proposed menu was presented by Lucy Ryan and voted then carried forward for implementation. The meeting ended at noon with concluding remarks from the chairperson, and the next meeting will be held on 21/12/2017 at Rydges Melbourne from 9 am.
