Addressing Workplace Bullying
Workplace bullying topic is taken into consideration, as it is seen it is one of the common workplace issues. Workplace bullying is seen as the verbal comments or acts that hurt the individual in the workplace. It is seen that bullying can give negative physical contact as well. It involves the behavior of the individual that can humiliate a particular person or group of people. It also arises due to the aggression in an individual (Bennett and Sawatzky, 2013).
There are many issues that are relevant by taking into consideration the implementation of human resource policies. The issues are: feedback form, face to face interaction. If the hr policies are made, then it can make a serious problem for an individual to give suggestions by taking into consideration the person who is bullying at the workplace. The person who faces all the issues will not be able to complain to the human resource manager or to the other person due to the fear. The next is face to face interaction. The person who faces all the problems can also face problem to discuss it with the human resource manager or with the person who is working in the organization (Hershcovis et al., 2015).
To manage people in the organization, the company should give focus on giving training so that the person can get knowledge about the work. If they have the knowledge then they can work in an effective manner and give their best. Also, motivation should be given, so that the activities can be conducted smoothly (Etienne, 2014).
