This report ensures the fact that the complex management project strategy is mentioned in the project. Tools and strategic project management methodologies are stated in this report as well. Research and Student in mind is one of the major reason of the project completion and this is acts as the main highlight of the entire project.

Business cases: Business cases that are taken into consideration in the Aspects of complexity: managing projects in a complex world are as follows: -

• In the year 1960, a space program was organized which acts as one of the most complex project that was performed and in this case the general audience of America was acting as the stakeholders and this is the main reason that the data processing is performed with the help of the complex project management technology just the way the projection is performed in the case of BP Deepwater horizon project which was equally complex in nature. The data that was essential for the general mass was not readily available and this is the main reason behind the excess increase of the risk that was initially present in the project. The data that were required for the public to know was not published by NASA and this was the main reason that the risks management of the entire process was not performed with highest efficiency (Aspects of complexity: managing projects in a complex world, p: 218). Despite these kind of glitches that were performed by the scientists of NASA, they had the public support and this also led to the fact that the data management that was performed by the government of the country also supported the functioning of the NASA scientists as they believed that the data that were not shared by the scientists of the NASA must be due to some reason. • Building of advanced warship is also considered as one of the major complex project and the same is compared shoeing a horse and this is due to the fact that the activities that are required in shoeing a horse requires as much risk that it takes in formulating the warships. In both the cases the main aspect that is taken into consideration is the threat that the stakeholder is facing during the completion of the task and it is found that the number of stakeholders that were harmed during the shoeing of the horse is somewhat similar to the number of stakeholders that were harmed in the process of the data management (Aspects of complexity: managing projects in a complex world, p: 218).

Literature Review: According to Terry (2011), the data that is generated in the document, it can be said that the failures that has occurred in large scale project has been the major reason behind the implementation of the project management is performed ad this is the reason that the project management implementation helps in proper completion of the project. This report also states the uncalculated risk management is performed with the help off the implementation of the technique of project management due to better processing and completion of the project. This report also discusses about risk management being the main reason beyond the processing of the U.S. state departments of motor vehicles, cancelling major orders in order to prevent cost overrun and the risk of suffering from huge loss due to the inefficient functioning of the organization. Another cars that is taken into consideration is that the Space project is also taken into consideration and this also proves that the report is very well distributed among the processing of the data base of the system.

BP Horizon deep water project being a complex project: BP Horizon project is considered to be a complex project as the risks that were incurred in the completion of the project were very high. The chances of completion of the goal was very low from the initiation phase of the project. The main instance that is present in the course of the business management of BP Horizon deep water project was a complex project as during the completion of the project, several injuries and deaths were observed. This is the main reason that this project is considered to be a complex project

Different case studies that are taken into consideration: different cases that are taken into consideration includes the processing of the processing of the war machine as well as the American space project is also discussed in this report.
