The respondents will take part in the usability test at the testing lab of the firm within the organization. A desktop and the laptop with the website application and supporting the software that would be used in a specific office environment. The interaction of the participation with the website will be supervised by the facilitator that is seated in the same office. The note takers and the data loggers will supervise the sessions in the observation room that is linked with the video camera feed and the lab has a video feed and in this manner the session for the test would be recorded.
The facilitator will explain the participants on the website and instruct the respondents that they are assessing the application rather than the facilitator by assessing the participants. The participants will sign a consent that acknowledges the participation is voluntary and the participator can cease at any point of time and that session would be recorded but their privacy of the recognition will be guarded. The respondents will conclude a pre-test demographic and background data questionnaire.
