Part 1
I have compared my test results along with that of the test results of two if my close friends. This will be very helpful for me in order to gather information about my areas of strength and weaknesses. To begin with, I have seen that there are some or the other aspects where the opinion of me and my friends are similar. I have slightly agreed slightly with the fact that I want to learn about myself.
Open area
The other two friends have also agreed to this more or less. I have also seen that I am not good at solving all the problems when I am doing some physical activities. My friends have also agreed to this that I can solve the problems only when I am calm and I am not doing any exercises. I have also disagreed to the fact that I am mostly coordinated. I have also agreed slightly that I pay attention to the usage of words by the speakers and not just the meaning that they are trying to convey.
Blind
This part mainly includes that information about my personality that I am unaware of. My friends think that I am very good at picking up the language of any foreign countries that I visit. However I always used to think that this is very tough for me to learn a different language. Thus, this was the information that was known to my friends and not me.
Hidden area- I cannot always realize if I am being able to identify people liking me or disliking me. However as per the opinion of my friends, I am very good at making out the attitude of other people towards me.
Unknown area- There are some situations where I might act in a very rough manner due to some if my past experiences. This is really unknown to me and my friends as well.
Part 2
I have seen that I am not good at coordinating and organizing myself while doing the works that I perform. I feel that this is indeed very bad for the future. In order to become a good leader or a good manager, I have to make sure that I am being very coordinated and organized in all the works that I am taking up. I think that this is one of the very crucial area for my improvement. It is one of the biggest weaknesses and I have to make sure that I am trying to work on this part. I have slightly agreed with the fact that I am very social and I like being with people. I have to develop the public skills if I need to become a very good leader in the near future. In order to be a good team member, I have to support all my team mates and help them to overcome the problems.
In order to do this, I have to develop a strong communication with all my co workers. I have to understand that socializing and people skills are one of the basic necessities in order to become a very good leader. I also do not keep a record or diary in order to make sure that I am becoming much organized. Diary keeping or record keeping is one of the very good habits in order to make the work much easy and smooth. In order to does this; I have to make sure that I am having all the essential details right at my disposal. In order to work as an able employee and leader, I have o make sure that I can run the work in a very smooth and easy manner. It is for this reason that I have to keep all the details right at my disposal.
Part4

develop in order to function well as a global citizen. Provide practical examples with the assumption you work in a culturally diverse global organization
I will have to make sure that I am being able to develop a socializing skill so that I can meet with people and communicate properly. I will have to develop an all-rounder quality. I have to make sure that I am not feeling hesitant in communicating with many people. If I do not overcome this issue, I will not be able to lead them properly. In order to become a good manager, I have to develop the public speaking and the decision making skill. I have to make sure that I am being able to overcome this feeling of shyness. I have to make sure that for being a good leader, I need to have a good connection with all the colleagues and not only a handful of colleagues. I think that I also have to work on my coordination skill.
This is because illness I am able to coordinate my work, it will become a serious problem. I can become a good leader only if my teammates can trust upon me. I have to make sure that the work is running smoothly. In order to do that, I have to make sure that I am developing a proper coordination skill. I have to make sure that I am not avoiding the conflict that is very likely to arise in the lures of business management. Conflict management is one of the major things that is needed for the purpose of becoming a good leader. In order to do this, I have to make sure that am working over my decision making skills.
This will enable me to become a very good manager and a team mate in the future. Thus, in order to work as a Global citizen in a culturally globally diverse world, I have to understand the cultures of different people. In order to do this, I will have to develop a very good rapport and connection with all my close people.
