Introduction
Professional development plan (PDP) is an official scheme used by an individual to design and embark on the goals, strategies, and outcomes of learning and training in a particular field of a profession (Jasper, 2011). The focus of this paper is to prepare a PD plan regarding medical practice in my presumed workplace. The paper will also obtain a third party verification of participation in networking to accomplish objectives set out in the PD plan.
