Task 1
The proposed business is a hospitality company that will deal with the provision of accommodation and hotel services. The business will target mostly the locals and the foreigners that are lured with luxury and quality services available in the hospitality industry.

- Complying with the ethical requirements(Ross, K.M. and Bernabeo, E. 2014).
- Employment of competent employees and placing them in the right jobs.
Six Obligations explained
In the case of financial management, it would be imperative for the business to maintain liquidity levels that will ensure that the organization is able to meet its liabilities. Promotion of job opportunities to the family members will be through the creation of capacity in the organization, position that will be able to accommodate workers comfortably. To the community, CSR activities will be those that comply with the cost –benefit analysis. Culture will be incorporated in the customization of the services (Carroll, A. and Buchholtz, A. 2014). Also, the business will engage in service development to ensure that it always offers quality services. The company will make sure that it formulates policies that will safeguard ethics at the workplace (Ross, K.M. and Bernabeo, E. 2014).
Continuous research and development will always be incorporated in the organization to ensure that the business strategies are those that are up to date and those that will help promote performance. The procedures that are in place will be reviewed from time to time to verify their efficiency.
Task 2
The organization will be built on a strong ethical background that will also define the culture of its people. The culture of the organization will promote skilled and ambitious employees. The culture can also be defined as transparency, empathetic, team oriented, mission-driven, technologically aware, passionate and generous.
The business will be transparent in the sense that it will disclose all its material dealings to its stakeholders as and when it is required. The organization will carry out its activities in the most efficient manner through employing of team work to ensure coordination of the employees (Trevino, L.K. and Nelson, K.A. 2016). The employees will be self-driven, that is motivated by their own goals and those of the organization. Technology will be embraced to make sure that the organization is always competitive and at par with the new dynamics. Lastly, the right employees will always be placed in the right jobs.
The work ethics will be explained to the employees through the meeting, carrying out of benchmark activities and through training of employees to create the awareness that is required. The employees will be encouraged to engage ethics in their tasks through mentoring programs, clarification on why ethics is important, making them assess the need of working ethically and rewarding those that act in accordance to the ethical principles (Weiss 2014). Supporting the ethical practice will be through the formulation of policies that will critically define the ethical requirements of the organization,the managers will also act as role models that will make the employees eager to exemplify.
The work ethics will be implemented through the formulation of ethical codes for the organization; also, all the stakeholders will be involved so that limited resistance is experienced. Those that will uphold the ethical requirements will be promoted and given bonuses. On the other hand, those that fail will be punished through being given suspensions and denied promotions.
