1. Emotional intelligence is the element of business communication that results in integrating the emotions of the employees and the mangers with the professional communication between them. It is considered as one of the most important topic to be discussed because the study of emotion helps in developing and enhancing the communication between the individuals in business. It is a fact that very individual have some kind of emotions related to their personal and professional lives. If the employees are working together they get emotionally attached with each other even after having professional relation (Berenson, Boyles and Weaver, 2008). So, considering emotional quotient in the business communication is very necessary. Understanding about the involvement of emotions in the communication can be termed as emotional intelligence. It is the ability of an individual to learn and understand the emotions of others. Considering emotions in the business and professional life helps in understanding the attitude and behavior of the people. This behavior affects the attitude of other people as well because the negative or the positive behavior of the people affects the whole working environment. There are two types of organizations these days (Bovee, 2010). The one is autocratic in which the mars of the organization lead the employees by their will. These types of organization generally do not consider any emotional element in the communication process and communicates with employees very professionally. On the other hand, the managers in the organizations that are democratic in nature try to build the relation and the consider emotions as the basis of the building the same. It has also been identified that the organizations who consider the emotions an important part in communication process are more successful than the organization which do not consider emotions. Emotion intelligence is not only the part of communication but it also sports some of the other elements of the organization such ad leadership, motivation, performance efficiency, team work etc.

2. This topic has been considered most interesting because understanding emotions helps in understanding the personality of the people. It helps in gaining knowledge about their behavior and the attitude (Goleman, 2011). It assists the managers to know about the needs and wants of the employees there than the professional needs. This study is important to be conducted so that the employees working in the organization communicates with each other like a family and feel the emotional connect with each other. This connection made them happy and retains them in the organization for long. It has been analyzed and observed that emotional intelligence supports the individual to learn about him. It helps in understanding the internal feelings of the individual and thus provides a realization among the individual about his own nature. Emotions intelligence is not about communicating with other efficiently but is about living balanced life (Goleman, Boyatzis and McKee, 2013). There are majorly five components of emotional intelligence that supports the individual. These are self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. The person with high emotional quotient understands the feelings of others very easily and thus communicates well with respect. As far as the managers in other organization are considered, it has been analyzed that they need to deliver different types of messages to the employees and there is always a restriction between the communication of employees and managers. Thus, it is important and very crucial to implement the emotions element in the communication so that it becomes easy for both the parties to make conversation. Emotional in the communication makes the process easy (Lennick and Kiel, 2007). The overall analysis suggests that emotions intelligence helps in understanding your own self and understanding the emotions of others. This enabled the company to have the efficient communication in the organization.

3. If I need to apply the event of emotions intelligence to the organization them it can be identified that I can implement it in various areas of the organization. Emotional intelligence is the element that affects the working environment of the whole organization and thus affects the performance level of the employees working in the organization (Mayer,  Salovey and Caruso, 2008). The first area where the element of emotional intelligence can be implied is leadership. Leadership is the process or the ability to lead others and sow them the oath. To direct the employees the leaders needs to know about the other people or the followers. The knowledge should not only be limited to the professional level but it should also be at personal level. The personal level involves emotion of the employees (Riggio and Lee, 2007). If the leaders know about the emotions of the employees then it becomes easy for them to lead the employees in the way they are comfortable with. The next area is team work. Teamwork is the process that requires the members of the organization have relation with each other in order to complete an objective.  Emotional intelligence helps the team members to know about their behavior nada los abbot other team member’s behavior. Understanding the behavior of bot the sides helps in intense bind between the team members and in that came they will perform efficiently. Communication is the process that helps in making the conversation mad information flow between the employees of the organization. If emotional intelligence is involved in this process that it helps the flow of information to be become very easy. If every individual or the employees in the organization have the realization of self-emotions and also about the other people emotion them it helps them to select the method and the way to communicate with nay of the individual (Rud, 2009). Even the managers can implement the emotions intelligence factor in the communication process that the employees find it very comfortable to share their views with the managers without any hesitation. There are many other areas where I can involve or imply the element of emotional intelligence such as a resolution of conflict, management of the employees, etc. I would definitely try to understand my one emotional level and also try to develop the skills of communication in me.
