The report also concluded that managing cross culture organisation is a tough task but managing it in an appropriate manner benefitted the organisation in number of ways and also support in achieving an increased level of cooperation in the host country. The report also concluded the significance of analyzing international trade and role of FDI in a successful business venture. There is also played a vital role of having effective marketing mix, marketing segmentation and marketing analysis to fetch the attention of the customers and have continuous growth of the business. From the former parts of the report, it can be analyzed that the value chain and supply chain of GE is strong and robust to manage effective business chain in Nigeria and it also take use of sound technology to gain strong market share.
