The paper starts with stating how the businesses in present times are undergoing drastic changes which is actually true in cases of organizational structure and workforce diversity. Workforce diversity is given maximum importance in today’s times as it is now one of the ideas that have become a part of management discourses in the largest and most reputed organizations. The point stated, that it becomes a challenge for the management to both maintain diversity and a common vision, is true in the sense that people coming from different cultural backgrounds have different perceptions about goals which may not match and thus create a conflict (Canas and Sondak 2013).

However the paper lacks coherence in the presentation of various challenges that a manager may come across while implementing in an organization with a large number of employees. A company with large number of employees and presence in multiple countries naturally tend to have a diverse workforce however it must be ensured that such diversity is also reflected in the top management where the decision making of the management takes place (Barak 2016).

The various qualities mentioned which the HR manager must incapacitate include Assessment of Workforce and Acquire diversity in the workforce plan, execution diversity in the Workforce Plan, and Equal Employment Opportunity Against Affirmative Action among others. All these are very important to be present in the human resource manager of an organization. The human resource officer must understand that the workforce is the most precious resource on which the productivity of the organization depends.
