What are the differences between these two cases?
The first case of Integrated personnel development system talks about how does the company philosophy integrates to the level of competence of the employees and does it improve the level of competence of the employees working with many managements of the knowledge, skills and also on what they want to know and they want and eventually what should be the main focus that of organizational development. Since the first system deals with their own performance in their hands, it actually does it the way which motivates them.
The second system deals with complete technology side of the things which actually do the job for maintaining their performance and are collaborated in terms of actually being online and using technology to make sure that there is an emphasis on the Infrastructure, Content and Portal with a sort of Collaboration and Learning. This even enhances Social Capital, Expertise and Communities. Also there is a strong amalgamation of Business Intelligence, Integration and Measurement.
In your opinion which system will manage its organization’s knowledge better? Why?
I feel the Integrated Personnel Development system; they will be able to manage their organization better because of the reason that this system involves a lot levels which actually deals with not only the knowledge management but performance management of the employees which directly deals with the organizational development.
Till the time the knowledge of the company doesn’t help in organizational development, there is no management of the same. The levels of the organization should deal with the proper management of performance of the employees at all levels.
