The study is based on the various aspects of the leadership along with the self-assessment that is related to the leadership. Along with that, there are various styles of leadership that are mentioned. Furthermore, the framework of the leadership is also discussed and based on that the proper self-assessments of the team are done for the analysis of the performance of the team in the organisation (Nahavandi, 2016).
The leadership can be defined as the ability of an individual to manage a group of people. Other than that it also helps to manage the organisation. Other than that it can also be defined as the ability of the person to lead a group of people. Therefore, the ability of the person to do all this can be defined as a leadership (Pashiardis, 2014).
Styles of leadership:
There are various types of leadership. All the leadership are different from the other. Other than that all the leadership styles have different usefulness in all the different areas (Fairhurst and Connaughton, 2014). The few types of leadership styles are as follows:

The framework of leadership:
The framework of leadership can be defined as the framework that can be used so that the architecture can be used so that the leadership can be done more effectively and efficiently. Other than that below is the illustration that shows the framework of leadership. It’s mainly used so that it can help to set a particular goal, working with others and more than that it help in the proper delivery of the services to the others by improving the services (Kotter, 2012).

Insights of the leadership framework:
The insights of the leadership framework help in the exploration of the leadership aspect of the people (Clawson, 2012). Other than that it also helps in the creation of the following:
- It helps to create a development program so that it can be helpful in the transformation of the business.
- Other than that it also helps the employees so that it can help them to apply the leadership styles in the real-time workplace and overcome the various challenges.
- Lastly, it also helps them so that it can help to build and develop the proper relationship both with the stakeholders and the customers.
In the case of the leadership, there are various challenges that can be faced by the strategic leadership. Other than that it also helps the employees so that they are able to face the real c challenges that are faced by most of the employees in the company. The real challenges that are faced are the cognitive aspect of the leadership, Social and ethical along with the interpersonal aspect of leadership, during the making of a decision in the strategic environment. Lastly, during the process of leading large organisations so that it can be managed properly and effectively.
Personal and organisational charter:
The organisational charter is the strategy that is used so that it can help the people so that they are able to understand the difference between the various aspects of the leadership that is the goals, vision and values of the company (Richardson, 2012). The organisational charter helps to describe the proper relationship of different aspects with the leadership.
Team self-assessment is the test that is taken to analyse the effectiveness of the team. Other than that it also helps to identify the various aspects of the team so that it can help to improve the performance of the team that in turn can improve the performance of the company (Arends, 2014).
Own managerial style:
According to me the only method that is used so that it can improve the performance of my team is the permissive style of management (Boud, 2013). In this management style, it helps me so that along with me my subordinates are able to take part in the decision making and finally conclude to a proper conclusion as a whole.
The main aspect of the study is to analyse the different aspects of leadership. Along with that it also discusses the various types of leadership. Furthermore, the framework of leadership is also discussed that can help in the understanding of the various aspects of an effective leadership. Lastly, the challenges of the leadership are also discussed along with the self-assessment that can determine the performance of the team.
