Answer:

1.A communication policy document on social media helps in outlining defectors about how in your organization can communicate with their employees via online mode (Dent & Brent, 2015). The communication policy related to the social media must include rules and regulations, responsibilities and roles, legal risks related to the organization, accountability and security risks.

2.The methods that can be utilized for maintaining are as follows:

Providing an effective method of learning related to the working parameters.

Growing innovative perspective associated with the desired work (Dent & Brent, 2015).

3.Mentorship is regarded as the system of training employees under the supervision of an expert person who is being assigned as a counselor or advisor for guiding the trainee (Shalka, 2017). During the time of mentoring any employee, it is necessary to provide intentional investments in energy and time. The mentors are also required to fill the gap of the skill set of any employees during the time of mentoring.

4.aDeveloping a relationship.

Setting goals and exchanging information (Shalka, 2017).

Engaging towards the desired goals.

Planning fodder future mentoring relationship.

4.bFor maintaining a good relationship with a colleague it is necessary to respect the colleague equally and need to communicate in a continuous manner. It is also necessary to give credit to the successful colleague thereby gaining their trust (Shalka, 2017).

For maintaining a good relationship with a member of the local media It is required to develop rapport by providing a special invitation to the local media and need to have a special connection via social media (Dent & Brent, 2015).
