The application which is implemented within the working of the organization would be directly be aligned to the aspect of the STOCK framework which can be stated to be one of the most beneficial sector in the working of the organization.

The main problem which is seen in the case is directly related to the aspect of the quality of the service which is given to the customer. This factor can be stated to be one of the important factor due to the fact that there is different standard of operation which can be directly be focused in the aspect of the working of the organization (Su, Baird and Schoch 2015) Reaching to the satisfaction level of the customer can be stated to be one of the important factor which is related to the overall working of the organization so that the internal and the external working of the organization can reach a certain level of operation.
