The study is related to introduction of cloud computing. It starts with an introduction about the proposal of a business calculation mode that is cloud computing. The key factor for cloud computing is work scheduling or resource allocation on algorithm. It states that cloud computing is a hot spot for the business organization. It is basically a process of scheduling the business data and how the data is virtualized. The data stored can be easily used from any corner of the world and can be accessed by anyone who is related to the organization or has the right to do so. It states that the trustworthiness is also maintained in this system. The paper focuses on the trustworthiness evaluation of cloud computing and proposes how to improve the accuracy of Qos prediction and customer satisfaction. In the organization customer satisfaction is one the most vital part to continue the business (Al-Roomi et al. 2013). It states how cloud computing helps to estimate the customer satisfaction by taking advantages of the perception on attributes. The study includes a detail of offers given to the customers by the service providers. The technology aims to satisfy the parties and the price charged is an important metric that a service provider can control to entertain the use of such service. It has discussed about the pricing technology (Ding et al. 2014). The business organizations are highly benefitted by the use of this technology and it is expected that in future they will be benefitted in many other ways too. The organizations are developing their strategy to attract the consumer and use the latest technologies to satisfy the consumers. Thus these technologies are creating better scope for the organizations to expand and explore more in the industry.
The common finding in the study is that it is related to the introduction of cloud computing in the general life style of human being that is implementing the work culture and business environment. The articles discussed who the technology will help the business organization to spread information all over the organization in the business and help the customer to express their demand in such a manner that the business can understand the demand and fulfil their demand accordingly. They have stated that cloud computing is a promising technology and provides many services to the users. The service provider takes the responsibility to for running and maintaining the entire service. They have discussed about the characteristics and attributes, deployment models and pricing in the cloud (Jula, Sundararajan and Othman 2014). The studies commonly targets to find a key factor that the cloud computing has become an important aspect in every working organization and is used by most of the successful organizations in the market. It has discussed how the technology is helping the business organizations to create a bond with the consumers and improve the customer relationship management. As per them the calculation can be in dynamic system and includes all type of dynamic functions like storage space, computing resources, software service.
The difference in finding in the studies are one of the article by Ding, (2014) states that the cloud computing is used as a resource to store data and process computing in an organization. It helps the organizations to read this data whenever there is a need and the details about the customers can be driven from these resources. The study states that the technology is using the data in a judicious manner for analysing the data and taking necessary measures required by the organization. However another study by Zhu (2012) stated the definition of cloud computing and it states that it is just an introduction about calculative business progress. The studies do not differ much their aim to establish the idea of cloud computing but different study has different viewpoints. They ultimate aim of all the studies are to establish a single idea about the advantages of cloud computing in business organization to maintain a good relation with the customers.
The limitation of the studies are that they do not have a safe and trustworthy source sometimes in the organization. This can be a real threat to the organization. The organizations are often using sources that might not be safe and the information can be tracked by some external sources. The limitations of this technology has to be met by the experts and take necessary steps to prevent any complication in the future times (Zhu and He 2012). The common limitation in the study is this and has a serious threat to the organizations. All the articles states the common issue that is related to the security system of the information that is kept in the network.
All the studies that has been focusing only in one issue that is the security system of the entire process. The technology is a new introduction to a better manageable and easily accessible system but there are few drawbacks that has created a problem for the user in the market. The study has included only the uses of cloud computing system in the organization but it did not cover the area that includes the risks related to this system. The organizations face many challenges while using this technology which has not been mentioned in this system. The organizations are heavily dependent on this system in the present days as it is creating as it is creating a better working environment and management system in the organization. However, there are few drawbacks that can impose a serious threat to the process. The study must focus to find a better scope to improve the security condition of this system. The security system has to be implemented in the organization to prevent any leakage of data or information that is very vital for the company. Hence, the future study for this technology should be related to the improvement of the drawback of this system. The future study should include the drawbacks of using this system and the possible measures that the organization might take to prevent such threats.
