Reflecting on the person’s life overall, what would you say are the most pressing needs in his/her life?
Current Valued Roles
Describe how any valued roles the person currently holds could be maintained or enhanced.
New Valued Roles
Describe FIVE new valued roles that, if realized, will help bring about a desired future for the person. The roles must be from at least 3 different role domains. Each role must be actionable within 5 years.
For each goal:
a)Provide a description of the role goal – be specific (e.g. If you want the person to have a job, provide some ideas about what specific work role the person could have, where could he/she work etc.)
b)Explain how that role will lead to one or more specific “good things of life” (You must incorporate wording from reading.)
Describe how this vision, if realized, could compensate for some or all of the negative lived experiences (wounds) the person has experienced. (You must speak to all FIVE of the wounds described in the Personal Profile and connect them to specific elements of this vision.)
