Pedagogy can be defined as a teaching and learning relationship that is used to create a potential for building learning conditions which in turns leads to equitable social participation.

With teachers being faced with a challenge of providing a curriculum that caters for the diverse learners. It is due to this reason that teachers need to use pedagogies that teach student skills that are important in the 21 century. With the use of four resources model questions can be used as a basis for structuring lessons. Also, small group discussion can be set in motion by the teachers as a way of analyzing any multimodal texts. In conclusion, the poem can be seen as a good literary text that is enabling the decrease in the diversity level among the student while also motivating them. The diverse learners are well catered for in this approaches.
