Answer:
Field research process
In the career-focus management process it has been found that, the field research strategy is very helpful process in order to complete the career plan activities. In this career focus-management process, I have chosen my career part as a management student or the MBA student. In the field explores or the field research process I have observed that the most of the parts are performed face to face, telephonic or by electronic media like video chatting, web - gatherings and messages (Hodgson & Koh, 2016). My supervisor has already communicated with me through face-to-face interview process as well as I have learnt many things about my career development process in terms of team working, communications and other competency levels. In order to develop my MBA career process and the communication strategy I have listened different interview classes as well as attended all the interview sessions for developing the career research plan (LaRossa & Bennett, 2018). The outsourcing relies upon the sort and measure of data to be accumulated in the exploration of the career research plan structure of mine. The major part was that in my career focus structure I had to observed different participants’ interview process in addition, video data collection method of them (as influenced by Keith, Duren & MacMartin, 2014). Therefore, I have gathered different information from different students and incorporated with their studies my personal knowledge. In the event of field research process that are required for evaluating the information is less and constrained to some little and particular modules that can be associated with my persona career plan. In order to do the field research activity I need to spend more than $560 dollar.
In the first stage of research field in my career plan, I have chosen a team, which is also associated with my career activities as a part of my MBA career plan. In the research field process of my career plan, I should care about the different research questions. All the research questions in the MBA career plan process need to be addressed by me, my classmates as well as my supervisor. Therefore, I have chosen different tools that are associated with my MBA career plan and it need to be evaluated by me with the help of my supervisors. Therefore, I need to implement the identified goal of my MBA career plan by which I will be able to build up my career.
Career development
In the process of career development, in order to complete the field research and finish my expected career graduation process of MBA, I aim to communicate on a regular basis with my supervisor along with my classmates (Pelto, 2016). This is a basic skill and competency, which I would like to work on further to develop my career plan and effectively draw my graduation process to a close. After five years in my career development process, I aim to be a graduate and begin my employment phase as an employee in a reputable firm. Through this, my purpose is to gain a financial stability and achieve maximum success as a manager. Therefore, I will be able to evaluate any financial problems within the business organization.
