These prospective employees will need to complement your skills and each should have different skills to your own. You will need to think about the qualifications and skills required. You should consider, at least, the following:
a. Their education and qualifications.
b. Their previous work experience.
c. Their set of skills that you will need to complete your project.
The first part of this tutorial is to write a description,, for each person outlining the aspect/s of the research project that would need to be undertaken by a specialist person and the skills that this person would require. The second part of this tutorial is to write and advertisement, for each person, that you could place in a specialist magazine (look at advertisements in specialist magazines).
