The right people for the Cafe should have the potentiality to deal with the consumers and make them feel valued. Thus, people who already have experience in this field are the right people. In order to identify the right person, audition of the candidates has to be taken and their ability to deal with different circumstances should be checked (L?z?roiu 2015). In addition to this, a personality test can also be taken. The final selection can be made by conducting personal interview. Asking situational questions can show their ability to handle different situations.

Godiva Cafe offers customization on product and thus, the employees should have the skills of 3D printing. Motivating employees by the means of giving them incentives on extra work or giving them benefits like extra leave can motivate them to work on the days they remain present at the cafe. The employees can be provided with an iPad for taking orders of the visitors (Lau and Roopnarain 2014). This way, they can feel empowered.

The employees should be trained and taught the right way to deal with customers and serve them right (Graves et al. 2013).
