The execution and the monitoring processes of an entrepreneurial style of leadership make it different from that of other styles. Innovation and the talking of the possible risks are the most significant responsibilities of the concerned leaders as this generates enormous impact on the execution of the business of each of the employees concerned. As per (Swid, 2014), there are different other types of the leadership styles where the leaders or the concerned managers plays the most important role in bringing out the best efforts of the employees by motivating them and recognizing the best efforts.
