The maturity level and the physical attributes of the leaders help in the determination of the personality and acts as an important factor of leadership. The emotional stability of the leaders need to be quite high and they need to have a stable temperament (Entrepreneur. 2018). The new ideas of the employees need to be welcomed by the leader so that they can be encouraged to provide their best services to the organization. The effective leaders also need to possess a clear insight and vision of the operations of the organization. The leaders are further able to communicate the vision to the employees or his subordinates in the company (Global Leadership Foundation. 2018). The effective leaders are capable of providing motivation to the employees or the members of the group. The leaders can be effective if they are responsible in nature. The leaders of the organization also need to be focussed on their targets and the goals that have been set by the management. The leaders thereby need to set the timelines for the members of their team or the employees so that the goals and the objectives can be achieved in an effective manner. The levels of self-knowledge of the leaders also needs to be quite high. The leaders need to have capabilities to be humorous and continue the organizational processes in an effective manner (ABC News. 2018). The effective leaders need to develop an influence on the followers or the subordinates with the help of the rewards that can be offered to them after the achievement of the goals.

Bezos is considered to be one of the most effective leaders in the business environment of the modern times.
