Discuss about the Ethics Governance and Email Protocol.
Studying the compliance review form and the email protocol, it is easily to conclude that there have been several breaches and no compliances in the intake form. In all the entries about the details of the clients, the vital information is missing about the clients. The client’s have not been asked to enter the most essential and crucial details about themselves. The names and email addresses of the clients are missing along with the information about when they were born. The additional consideration and functional status of the clients are also missing. Another important information that is missing is the phone number or contact details of any person who can be contacted in cases of emergency. This is a crucial piece of information because if the contact details of the person to be contacted during emergency are not mentioned then the client will be deprived of medical help or any other help during any urgent situation (Paillé & Raineri,2015) . The postal code of the clients is also missing in the compliance form and in cases where the date is mentioned, the year has been omitted.
Every workplace has their own code of ethics and professionalism which they maintain to ensure a smooth functioning of the company. In cases where the information is missing or there has been a non compliance, it affects the practice and functioning of the company. The breaches not only affect the functioning of the company, but also hamper the reputation and goodwill of an established corporate. If the information is missing, it becomes difficult to gauge the condition of the company (Trotman & Armerod, 2016). The personal data about every client is important and if in cases when the data is absent, the clients suffer along with the corporate practice. In cases when the client’s important details are missing, there is lack of clarity about the client and that impedes the growth of the company.
Work place can be improved with the help of the coming together of all the organizers and proposing recommendations which are binding on all the other employees. To improve the condition of the work place, the onus is on the manager to ensure that the ones making the entries are professionals who are capable of doing their job and also in cases they perform to their potential, reward and recognition be given to them as a way of awarding motivation (Ferrell, 2016). There needs to be a governing authority that will take charge of the administration of the company and ensure that a proper committee is set up so that these ambiguities do not take place (Teng, Tsu & Chenf, 2017). A workshop needs to be conducted so that there is proper induction and training of the person in charge of making the compliance form. If the administration and the board take a decision to improve the condition, the clients will benefit and in turn the company will also grow.
