Culture is a way of life of people. Hofstede’s theory is a technique for communication between the diverse culture according to Beugelsdijk, Kostova & Roth (2017). It is a theory that was brought by Geert Hofstede. The theory illustrates the impacts of the community’s way of living on the value of the members of that society. Mazanec, Crotts, Gursoy, & Lu, (2015), says that, the values may affect the individual behaviors and how they relate to others. If you take for instance cultural relativism, it is how people see the ethical or moral way of one culture to another. All the cultures have different cultural relativism and one might not say that theirs is the best. The way one culture view bad or good things may differ from another according to the way the members of that society are brought up.
