The CapeRay Medical (Pty) Ltd is a private company that has been established in Cape Town, South Africa, which essentially develops, manufactures and supplies the equipments that are used for the medical imaging for the diagnosis of the cancer in the breast. The company has its roots in the American Medical Imaging (AMI), which was a joint form of venture for the De Beers and the University of the Cape Town (UCT) that has been established in the year 1999.

The funding of the company has raised the Innovation form of the Fund of the South finance that is currently the part of the Technological agency of Innovation that was been followed by the grant from the National Institution for health in the country of USA and finally the investment of the capital arm of the venture of the Corporation of the Industrial Development of South Africa. Kit Vaughan is the founder and CEO of the Organization, which have been facilitated by the formation of CapeRay that can spin out of the company.

The CapeRay Medical (Pty) Ltd works for supplying the various tools for the breast cancer patients. The Mammography tools are one of them[3]. The Mammography is a machine through which the image of the breast are been taken and it also used for screening the cancer in the breasts. Therefore, for using these sorts of machines for detecting the patients, there should be basic training programs or the employees are needed to be hired according to their qualifications, knowledge, and they are needed to be given on job trainings.

The training programs are been developed for supporting the new form of staff as they tend to learn from the position of the veteran staff can be updated always in their fields. It is very important for developing the training programs that are needed for both the staffs that keeps the organization growing and changing itself for the better.
