Introduction:

This study shall cover various elements which shall help in the formation of a report based on the importance of good and healthy working environment. The working environment of Zara shall be taken into consideration and articulated with the main portion of this discussion that shall be carried on within the report succeeding this proposal.

Reason for choosing this topic

It can be said that the presence of a good and healthy working environment is mandatory for ensuring the success of a business organization (Anitha, 2014). In order to keep the environment good various steps, have to be taken. For its importance, the study succeeding this shall try to delve deeper and thus contemplate the importance of a good working environment.

The aim of this work

The aim of this proposal is to make the readers acquainted with the topic and find answers in the report succeeding this proposal.

What is the importance of a good work environment?
How can the good work environment be achieved?
How has the good work environment played a role in the success of Zara fashion?

How will the aim be achieved?

The aim shall be achieved by carrying on with detailed research related to the overall working condition in Zara in the report. Further, the role played by the good environment in Zara shall be linked with the good environment and its importance in the whole of the clothing and fashion apparel industry (Greef et al. 2014). The variety of the reviews of the employees shall be taken into consideration in order to understand the presence and importance of a good work environment in Zara.
