Introduction
The topic of concern in this research plan is an examination of the connection between culture and policy and how culture policies are formed. The culture policy is concerned with the cultural values within different communities. The values of peoples’ culture will be applied for the determination of what forms and type of the policies to be chosen regarding the chosen culture. In considering how the culture policy will be shaping the economic interests, there is a need for reflection of how they are valued in the community (Hesmondhalgh, 2015). In many cases, divisions between the ideologies progressively under different policies underlie many policies. Culture policies reflect on different policies from different communities in various countries. Culture policies are seen as economic forces. A policy can become from the competition of groups of interests (Cunningham, 2012). In many instances, culture policies have cultural originations and therefore they are supposed to be determined by the cultural interests of the groups. In this plan, it will be seen that culture can influence the policy through the influence of the economy.
The choices made give reflection of various values that prevail the community where the policies are set in. the cultural issues can extend their receded from a place life value such as moral values and environment issues (Garcia, 2014). Culture has an ability to affect public policies through the fact that it gives underlies of the political concerns. There are many observations seen in the unit that success of the culture polices all depends on a cultural set of values as well as norms. If there is the absence of the values in any given culture then there is no possibility for formal policies. The culture will have some effects on how the policy will be made and conducted. The students will have to have a note that there are existing differences that occur in between the policies to be made a culture in any given community (Shore, 2013). In many cases, you find that policy processes through consultation while in other cases are just inserted without getting views anywhere.
