The survey by Marcus with million individuals suggests that, ‘Talented employees need great mangers’. The objective performance measurement tools as profit, customer satisfaction and turnover of employment revealed that, employees under best managers expect to get clear in their mind about the work details, required materials for a certain job, job satisfaction and complete understanding of the job responsibility (Kofman, 2008).
Thus, a manager with consciousness about the capabilities and skills, hobbies, field of interest of his employees, will always influence the overall performance of the company.
Conscious Employees
There are 3 characteristics in a human which influences his consciousness. For the employees, it influences their performance in the company. The sense of unconditional responsibility, ontological humility and integrity for essentials are those keys driving the interpersonal skills of the employees.
The communication, negotiation and coordination among the employees make the team works and prospective group works far from perfections (Burden & Warwick, 2014).
Conscious Leadership
Leadership is set of processes by which an employee or any business person uses to reflect their management skills on their surroundings. Leadership skills are necessities of everyone’s career path (Nahavandi, 2016).
For the motivation, enthusiasm and performance enhancement of people in an organization, the leadership skill helps to balance the overall management (Wibbeke & McArthur, 2013). There consciousness is required to gain trust of subordinates and colleagues (Jordan, Healey & Leahy, 2016).
Kofman has also discussed about the universal business steps that is,
