For developing apps for color blind people, we need to manage few things specially for them. We need to provide the entire color range so that user can adjust the color and see the difference between the different options of the applications easily. For developing apps for hearing impaired we need to develop apps in such a way that they can easily recognize like Flash Light and Vibration. The Flash Light or Different colors being shown so that user can easily recognize the alert on the application.

This has been published by number of publishers and researchers how as to apply the cost and how to design the data and its Management, basically the cost is the efficiency in making the wallet and ecofriendly products for environment. This was the narrow thinking of the corporates as the cost effective they only work upon the reasoned ICT department instead being applied to entire organization. As Green ICT includes direct and indirect impact to the environment in positive or negative, so keeping the ICT in mind we need to minimize the negative impacts and maximize the positive impacts. With positive impacts, we can increase the environmental friendliness of the app more and reduce the overall environmental footprint. It all depends how we use the ICT and remains to meet the ends to protect the environment. We can use different ICT to dematerialize the other activates like using the emails instead of paper-mail, web conference instead of face to face physical meetings.
