Discuss about the Global Strategic Management and Higher Education.
The challenges to manage the global teams has been the major topic of reflection wherein I have been able to highlight on the different positive and negative points related to it. With the changing times it has been seen that the global teams are able to work on the different locations where the need for the team is to prepare the complex situations which might occur in future. The people from the diversified cultures and the background generally face issues to manage the multicultural teams. In this reflection, my major aim is to focus on the resource learning and the implications which are related to the transformation of the global teams in organization. The critical skillset determines about identifying the different information and the methods where the insights are for the type of challenges that the organization tends to face.
According to me, the effectiveness is based on matching the implications that are related to integrating the knowledge and resources. The project reflection will help in focusing over how the global teams tend to offer the opportunities to the different companies to operate at the international scale with meeting the different broader perspectives as well.
For a better learning, I think, that the organization needs to focus on learning and improving the team work as it will directly bring a major impact on the organizational development. Apart from this, the companies can also try to improve the awareness programs with the all-round development activities which can really be effective for the people. According to me, there can also be a better scope when it comes to managing the situations and different decisions. The manager in the organization can play a diversified role where he can try to work on handling the teams at different locations effectively. This will help in improving the collaboration and progress towards a better decision making (Lasserre, 2017).
The discussion is about the experience which is important for a proper understanding and techniques. With this, I also see that there are issues with the changes in the different images and the decisions that have to be made with the leadership in organization. The organization tends to work on the different aspects which includes the leaning and the team working with leadership. The positive and the negative impact is based on how the managers working on dealing with different issues and then work towards the change improvement plan. The learning is based on handling the positive and the negative impacts of the performance on the business. The dependency is on how the managers is able to work on dealing with different issues and then determine the ways for a better development.
How learning can be helpful
The learning process is important for the company and for global development that involves the tracing and working on different data combinations. The focus is also on addressing the concerns with the peer-reviews that will help in learning and improving the analysis of the global management of the teams (Binder,2016). The advancement is through the extraction of values with data sets that are for finding the new and better correlations with spotting the business trends that leads to the changing aspects. Through this assignment, I will be able to focus on the opportunities and the challenges which can come across in the company. Here, the negligence of the managers can easily create issues and so it is important to work on the positive aspects so that the relational working could be worked in a proper manner.
The discussion is about how the global teams work on the different challenges with the focus on learning which is defined through properly understanding the different subjects. The course is defined through covering the details that relate to the system functioning and how the team work can help in improving the work globally.
The programs are defined with capabilities for the users working on the understanding of the different subjects in effective manner (Kerzner, 2018). The course has been effectively working on the diversified and the complex scale with new opportunities for the company to communicate and operate across the world. I also learned in this program that the organization has to be selected when it comes to work with the different communication modes. Else, this could lead to issues or misunderstandings that can lead to impact the productivity.
The career is defined with pursuing the management of the global teams where it will help me in working effectively, as I wish to pursue to work in the company. I will now know about the different challenges and try to handle them with my skills and knowledge.
The major consideration for this course is to understand that life only works when we works in teams and when we are able to improve the globalization with better productivity as well.
Objectives of what happens in the process
The objectives are based on how we are able to process with the different details from the articles, journals and the reports. It has been able to cover the history and the present about the transformation with success. The confrontation is through the changes about how the different organization works on the avoiding issues (Goetsch et al., 2014). I have worked on interviewing different people to analyze their views of how the people or the employees react when they have to work with their subordinates or upper people. The analytics are based on managing the information with focus on the different issues as well.
The learning is based on how the business can work on the different challenges with managing the activities of the business research. I have worked on how the solutions can be improved from week 1 to week 11. It depends on the data collection and then through clarifying the view points which are related to improved methodology selection for the research. The system authenticity is based on how the planning could be important for maintaining the collaboration among the employees.
The global teams have been working on different methods of operation which tends to hamper the normal business operations (Lasserre, 2017). Hence, for this, the scope is based on the enhancement of innovation and performance from which the companies will be at benefit. It has been difficult for me to analyze about the different concepts of the leadership, but this course has helped me to learn about how the team work can be really impactful for the company and its improvement.
The authenticity is about working on different cultures and the zones that will help in creating an environment among the teams to connect with each other. The culture tends to create the company with the multi-cultural standards so that the different mindset of the people can help in improving the team efforts and results (Reiche et al., 2016). The setup is based on the understanding with learning experience that is important, where the consideration is about the fact that I am looking forward to joining the company.
Through this project, I would say that I am looking forward to be a part of any big organization where I can experience myself about how the team management be handled. Through this research, I have been able to understand through the research methods about the views of the people and how one can work on matching the needs of the company.
