The chosen organisation for this essay is ‘Kibble Education and care centre’ that is Scotland’s one of the ancient charities. The organisation deals with the young population fallen under the age group of 5years to 25 years. It offers various range of integrated services like through-care, residential, emergency care, respite, youth training, education and intensive fostering etc. The organisation tracks a suitable structure, offers safety, constancy and prospects for young individuals, which organize them for happy adult life (Kibble Education and Care Centre 2017).
The mission of this organisation is to offer specialised services to the children and young population, especially the vulnerable ones. Their special services, care and education enable the deprived youngsters to grow a positive future.
Kibble turned out to be a social initiative by providing service to the local authorities. Also, re-invested their revenues back to organisation with no further pay to the associated stakeholder as dividends. The organisation has started obtaining support from different organizations since 1996. This has further assisted them to sustain, strengthen, and increase their assets. The ‘Youthlink Scotland’, ‘Big Lottery Fund’, ‘Agnes Hunter Trust’ are certain major active supporters of this enterprise. Kibble has a specific authority model.
Guidance and governance remain in the responsibility of Miss Elizabeth Trustees. Respective Board of Members comprise trustees, executive directors, non-executive directors. The secretary of the organisation maintains managerial responsibilities. Monthly and quarterly Board meetings are arranged by the Trustees. Different sub-committees also become involved in the meetings in order to communicate and share efficacy and effectiveness of the operational undertakings. Everyone in this organisation works as volunteers. Senior staffs are not offered with any pay for the managerial responsibilities.
Providing quality care to the young population is the main motto of this enterprise. The organisation invest largely in different projects. All sort of research activities are performed under stringent ethical consideration of the concerned Ethics Committees (Walsh and Groen 2010).

One of the main problems that the organisation could face is that it has no salaried high-ranking workforce for directorial responsibilities. This could be stoic for the professionals, considering the immense pressure of health and social care needs and demands in present days. The de-motivation might influence the senior members to cease with the service, if similar organisations offer good pay for same kind of responsibilities (Kibble Education and Care Centre 2017).
Consequently, the organisation could hire new staff members by which the new impetus of the operational activities may get thinned. Moreover, senior members may experience discontented at some point of time. This in turn could affect their work quality. Disappointment further generates inter-team conflict (Dietrich, Kujala and Artto, 2013).

The present research works of the organisation are concentrating upon six major themes, which are: gender outcomes, evaluation, aftercare, implementation, transition and effect of the family work. The ‘National Residential Child Care Initiative’ is acknowledged a major initiative, which successfully recognise the prerequisites of the staff members of the youth care and the residential child care.
