Project management is the process of applying the knowledge, skills and tools to attain the specific goals of the project. The current project is based on the expansion of portable food truck to maximize the extra benefits and revenue. For this purpose, cost and time has been estimated such as 6 months along with $50,000 cost. Further, a complete project plan has been prepared with involvement of Gantt chart, product breakdown structure and network diagram.
The Old Coffee Club is well known café in the CBD, Melbourne and targets to expand their business through the different way of offering services with the help of portable coffee truck.The main objective behind this expansion is to increase the revenue of the café. This is because according to case study, the café is open only on weekdays thus no revenue on the weekends.
To enhance the financial income at weekends the truck will be operate on weekend at prime location of events in Melbourne. Along with main objective this expansion will also helpful for the café to enhance the brand image in the public.
Since the café has well developed staff members thus it has scope to expand in future that’s why the café put the focus on the expansion of business. To attract large mass of customer the truck will offer verity of hygienic food product with several choices of beverages as coffee, shakes smoothies and other type of drinks.

Network diagram is used to identify a critical path for the project so that project can be completed within minimum time period and cost.
