Part A:  Lesson Plan
Your group will create a lesson plan for your facilitation.   The lesson plan should be written so that another facilitator could pick up your instructions and facilitate the session.  This means you need to provide significant guidance in terms of what to do and how to set up the activities.
Your lesson plan will include the following components:
1.Summary Cover Page
The titles of the contents covered in the plan.
2.The learning objectives for the session
This is very important to him and hence we need to get it right. A learning objective usually has 3 parts. 
1.Performance what the trainee will be able to do after training
2.Condition Tools, time and situation under which the trainee is expected to perform the behaviour
3.Criterion the level of acceptance, performance, standard, or criteria against which performance will be judged. 
(Cannot use words like understand and explain. First word of the sentence should be a verb)
