In this article the author has shed light on the human resource practices in the Australian mining industry. In this article it has been identified that in most of the Australian mining organizations, the recruitment and selection process are being completed by the HR professionals. In this article the author investigated on the opportunity evaluation process in different firms. The research question was developed depending on understating the degree, which is required for increasing the ability of decision making of HR professionals so that recruitment and selection process can be done in an effective manner in Australian Mining Industry.

In order to conduct the research, both the secondary and primary data have been gathered. By using statistical tool called SPSS, the information have been analyzed, on the other hand Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) method and MULTIMOORA method were used. By reviewing existing journals and articles the researcher collected secondary information related to the topic.

In this study, it has been identified that there is a huge gap between the understanding on local labor market and HR professionals’ decision making process. In both the secondary and primary information, it has been identified that HR professionals needs to focus on bringing the advancement in the decision making process. The author has highlighted that the proper utilization of HR opportunities are important for understanding the demands of domestic labor market. Using Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) method and MULTIMOORA method the recruitment and selection process in the mining industry can be done in an effect tive manner.  In this article skill analysis and e-recruitment have been analyzed as the effective recruitment tactic for choosing the right employees for bringing the positive organizational growth. By continuing this the author has also mentioned that it is not necessary for the firms to take quick or slow decisions regarding the organizational growth, the forms should understand the market dynamics properly so that initiative evaluation in decision making process can be proper observed. It is also true that by recognizing the effective decision making process, multiple opportunities can be introduced by the HR professionals, which can bring standard potentiality in the workplace.

Conclusion

In this article, it has been concluded by the author that in order to utilize the recruitment opportunities, proper recruitment and selection strategies need to be adopted by the HR professionals. On the other hand, by continuing this, it can be said that if the gap between local labor market demand and HR professionals’ initiatives can be reduced, it can help to bring the effective organizational growth in Australian mining industry.

Aim of the author is to shed light on the HR initiatives towards increasing the employee engagement in the workplace. It is mentioned by the researcher that in order to bring the performance improvement in the Australian mining industry, the role of HR professionals are important. The research question is ‘What can be considered as the appropriate degree for constructing employee engagement so that the productivity can be increased in the Australian mining industry?’.

In order to conduct the research in an appropriate manner, primary data have been gathered by the researcher. In order to collect the primary data, survey has been done on thee employees from mining industry. On the other hand, gathering the information in a descriptive manner, the interviews have also been conducted on HR professionals. Total numbers of 84 articles have been reviewed by the researcher for collecting the information.

According to the author, in order to sustain in the competitive market, it is very important for the organizations to bring different strategies so that the productivity can be increased. On the other hand, it cannot be denied that employee engagement is very important for bringing the increasing rate of productivity. By continuing this it is also mentioned by the researcher that, supply of energy and minerals have become necessary for sustaining in the industry. The author has identified that sustainability accounting and corporate social responsibilities have become necessary for maintaining the uninterrupted supply and demand. In that case, the human interaction becomes necessary for introducing an attractive corporate environment in the mining industry. In this article, it has also been identified that human interaction is also very important for avoiding the land rehabilitation and community conflict related issues. It is true that in the Australian mining industry, these contemporary issues are bringing sustainability challenges for HR professionals. Through this article the researcher has driven the attention towards technological, economic, ecological and ethical dimensions, which are needed for flourishing the management aspects for maintaining sustainability. Through the uninterrupted supply of energy and minerals, it can be easier for the Australian mining firms to avoid future mining challenges. Therefore, it can be said that from the article, it has been identified that in order to sustain in the competitive Australian mining industry, it is very important for the organizations to understand the impact of environmental and social impacts. As its result, the contemporary issues in the industry are required to be analyzed.

Conclusion

In this article, it can be concluded that in order to reduce the negative impact of the environmental and social elements, it is very important to increase human interaction. With this initiatives, it will be easier for the mining firms to modify the HR initiatives so that the community conflicts and land rehabilitation issues can be reduced.

I believe, the article has helped me to understand the emerging contemporary issues, which are creating challenges for maintaining the sustainability in the mining industry. Different social and environmental challenges in the mining industry have been analyzed by that that can help me to develop an informative essay. I believe, this article will help me to understand to introduce different human engagement tactics for avoiding the community conflict related issues in mining industry. By analyzing the effective HRM tactics for dealing with the contemporary issues in Australian mining industry, the essay can be discussed in detail.

In this article the author has tried to examine the core relationship between occupational health and employee safety. The researcher aimed to explore different dimensions of organizational commitment towards improving the health and safety operations in the workplace. Depending on the research, it can be said that aim of the author to shed light on the HR initiatives towards bringing the healthy and safe atmosphere in the mining industry. The research question is ‘How the occupational health of the employees impacts on the organizational performance’.

In order to conduct the research, the author has done a cross sectional survey. The survey participants have been selected depending on the random sampling tactics. Total numbers of 400 questionnaires were developed. Among all the respondents 22.7% were female and 77.3% were male. In order to analyse the collected information regression and correlation methods have been followed by the author. By determining the relationship between the dependent and independent variables, the researcher developed the entire research.

Through this article the author has tried to shed light on the significance of organizational health and safety management in organizational performance. In this study, it has been identified that HR professionals make the normative and affective commitment to the employees for improving the health and safety management in the workplace. In the current mining industry, health and safety have become the major concern. Depending on the health and safety variables in the workplace, the entire organizational performance gets affected. In the results of the research, it has been mentioned that the human resource department should focus on introducing an effective initiative so that the health and safety in the mining industry can be properly maintained. The Ghana mining sector has decided to increase the employee commitment by providing such opportunities in the market so that the overall organizational performance can be improved. On the other hand, it is true that depending on the research, it has been identified that by the continuous commitment of safety and health, the employee engagement can be increased.

Conclusion

In this study, it has been concluded by the researcher that the HR management in the mining industry, needs to focus on providing the effective facilities so that the health and safety can be maintained. By continuing this it can be said that in order to increase the commitment of employees towards achieving the organizational goals, it is very important to understand the health and safety needs of the employees.

In this article, significance of safety and health management initiatives have been discussed. Here the article has highlighted the Health and safety management as the important factors for increasing employee commitment. On the other hand, the secondary information has been gathered by using different articles and journals. Using the deductive research design, the research has been developed by the researcher.

In the article analysis, it has been identified that low motivation in the mining industry has become the major concern of the employees. Due to the unclear goal in the mining industry the rate of productivity as well as employee engagement is getting affected. While surveying, it was identified by the researcher that in order to increase the potentiality if the employees, it is very important to improve the motivational initiatives in the workplace so that the employee commitment can be increased. On the other hand, it cannot be denied that in order to peak the performance of the employees, it is required to introduce an effective HRM practices in the workplace.   With this initiatives it will be easier for the mining firms to develop strong relationship between the employees and employers. In this article, it has been identified that extrinsic and intrinsic factors are important to be analyzed in order to understand the role of HRM in order to improve the employee performance in mining sector.          

Conclusion

In this study, it can be concluded that the lack of employee motivation has become the major concern for mining industry. Due to lack of motivation and HR initiatives the employees are not aware of their goals and objectives. In this situation, it has become important for the organizations to introduce effective HRM strategies so that standard employee performance can be ensured.

Analysing the article, it has been identified by me here the Human resource department has been considered an influential key drivers for bringing the positive organizational performance. The article has helped me to understand different HRM factors that can impact on improving employee motivation in the workplace. Therefore, it can be said that the article will help me to describe the motivational factors of employees in the context of mining industry.

The article aimed to highlight the sustainable mining process for introducing effective job designing process in the mining industry for enhancing ecological performance. The research question is “what are the impacts of design thinking and multi-criteria decision analysis of Job designing in mining industry?’.

In order to conduct the research secondary data have been gathered by the researcher. By surveying on the current market scenario, the impacts of design thinking and multi-criteria decision analysis of Job designing in mining industry has been analysed.

In this article, it has been identified that with increasing opportunities in the market, the green supply chain management has become necessary for maintaining the ecological sustainability. After investigating, the researcher has identified that in case of mining industry, the design thinking has become necessary. It is true that depending on the current in mining industry, impacts of design thinking and multi-criteria decision analysis concern has been increased. On the other hand, it is true that by introducing the effective job designing process, growth in the mining industry can be ensured. 

Conclusion

In this study it can be concluded that due to poor understanding of the involved factors in decision making, the overall productivity is getting hampered. On the other hand, it is very important to bring the changes in design thinking process in the mining organizations so that the HR manager can adopt strong action for job designing.

After analyzing the entire article, it can be said that waste management has become the major concern in current mining industry. Here the different issues in supply chain management has been highlighted. It can be assumed that the information which have been discussed in the article can help to analyse the job designing importance in more critical manner.
