Question:
Which of the “humanistic therapies” (pp. 579-582), “person-centered” (p. 580) or “Gestalt” (p. 581), do you believe would be the most effective? Why is that?
Answer:
Gestalt therapy is a whole in a unified form. It is an intentional and experimental type of psychotherapy where the idea is that the humans find solutions to their problems while still growing(Nevis 2014). This therapy is effective because it increases self-acceptance and awareness, communication skills get better, an ability to tolerate negative emotions improves and in this way a person learns to grow better. This therapy leads a person to have the great career and other life's aspects (Francesetti et al., 2013).
