Purpose and objectives- The main purpose of this report is to construct a list which contains the group of people who may be eligible to get the proper training to work in the European market. The company must train the staffs to gain expertise as well as help them to realize their existing skills so that they are able to utilize them for the organization’s work operations and also satisfy the needs of the company and its stakeholders (Posavac, 2015).

Policy details- As per the policy of the company it trains all its staffs according to the relevance of their professional role. In case if the staffs are transferred to some other country or department, the company provides proper training for the same. In case of the present scenario too the company is providing the training as per its policies.
Roles and responsibilities-The newly appointed staffs after proper training will be able to handle the business of BB in the European countries. They will be able to handle all the customer requests and will assist the higher authorities of the company to provide a seamless operations which will help the company grow. The proper training to the workers before sending them to global ventures helps them to conduct their new job in a different country (Bertram et al., 2015). The main staffs will have to perform their roles of customer service as well as managers who will manage the workforce as well as maintain the relationship with the customers.
Exceptions to the policy-In case of payroll process, if a staff has faced some difficulties or problems and was unable to be present during the work period his or her payment is approved. But is to be kept in mind that the reasons are valid and justifiable. During any difficulties, the staffs need to approve the condition from the manager. Overtime hours may exceed in some conditions but it is to be strictly monitored by HRMs so that it does not put stress over the workers.
Related policies- In the training request form, the interested candidate must provide details about the skills and possessed by him or her and also provide a short personality test result so that the training program can be tailored according to the needs.
Related standards and codes- The company determines the areas where a staff needs proper training and then provides the training to close the gap. The supervisors and the staffs together work to find the gaps in their work process. The raining is solely for enhancing the capabilities and the skills of the staffs.
Related legislation-The company maintains strict policy in case and maintains various laws in its operations which are there to conduct operations in ethical way (Ferrell &Fraedrich, 2015). Various legislations regarding the areas of work place equality, gender discrimination and privacy laws are present so that it protects the staffs in all the legal ways (Rawhouser et al., 2015).
