Sue Caswell Scholarship is the scholarship program that is provided mainly to the female students who have the aspiration for the teaching career. This scholarship program was established in the year 2015 by Sue Caswell and the scholarship program is named after authority. The scholarship program provides up to 5000 dollars for a year and for only one student. The paper provides the scholarship application for gaining Sue Caswell Scholarship program to continue the education to become suitable and effective primary teacher in the community. The paper also discusses the eligibility and the criteria of this scholarship program.

A scholarship is a vital factor for most of the students to continue their education. This scholarship program is vital for me as I want to start my career once again and perform well in the university. I always wanted to be the primary school teacher and for that, I have started my education system in the term of teaching professional. Teaching in the primary school is one of the toughest jobs for the teachers as in this time children are required to develop their morality and their characteristics and in this stage, they required efficient and suitable teacher (Wellington, 2015). This is one of the most suitable jobs that is always beneficial for me and I have learned piano also that would beneficial for the education system within the primary school. I Samoan a Fijian-Indian in New Zealand and also I have the citizenship of the country. This is beneficial for the primary school teacher to get their scholarship in the country. This scholarship program is essential to continue the education as well as to build a suitable career for future. Piano learning is quite effective as this will help me to provide good piano teaching to the students and also help them with the co-curricular activities in the school. It can be seen that a primary need to have the ability for providing education to the students in the very unique and effective way (Herr, & Anderson, 2014).

The educational background of mine provides detail view on the various activities that I have performed to date. At the time of primary school, I have participated in the math club which helps me to boost up my confidence and also my knowledge regarding the math. In the primary school only I have received the principles/value award of the year and also got the grade for the straight A student. My academic merit provides a suitable view of the various actions that I have performed. In the middle school, I have got multiple awards for the science, then music as well as for performing arts. The activity skill and the co-curricular activity is essential for the students to get this scholarship which can be determined by the performance that I have completed in the following years. I was a topper in the class and this shows the academic merits of which I have the eligibility to gain the scholarship program for this year. In the high school, I did matheletics along with the NCEA levels 1, 2 and 3 with the merit endorsement. In the level one there is endorse history, then the religious education along with the merit. In level 2 also it endorses history, religious education as well as English along with the merits. 

Application Process of Sue Caswell Scholarship

The educational background of high school and the middle school provide a suitable entrance for the University. In the present time, I used to do part time job but need effective education for a suitable and effective career. The qualities that I have is effective in the working field and this needs to be done with the effective solution of the university (Gould, & Taylor, 2017). For the job of a [primary school teacher the most effective thing is to have an effective knowledge regarding various filed in the education system. The educational qualities of a person are suitable and effective in every field and also it provides help to others in the most efficient way. It can be seen that the knowledge regarding math, English, and the religious education will help to provide effective knowledge to the students and develop their morality along with that make their English and math background strong. The education system for piano is also effective for the students to maintain their activity in the field of singing and music (Thomas, 2017). Co-curricular activity is essential for the students in their growing years and to learn various thing that would help the children the teaching education is required for me and for this the scholarship program is also required.

With the help of this scholarship program, I would be able to gain a suitable chance for the education system for the completion of my task. This is essential for the female students like me to have effective knowledge on the various field and to get suitable support for the universities. Education is vital for everyone and the support of scholarship program will help the people to gain their position within the market and to provide an effective view on the various facts. Scholarship program of Sue Caswell Scholarship is essential for the female students in New Zealand and this is the second chance that is being provided by the university to complete the education and make an effective career in the market (Bowen, & Bok, 2016). It can be seen that this education system is vital for the firm to maintain their activity and provide a suitable working function for the female students who want to make their position in the community as the teacher. In every aspect, this is one of the best ways by which education system can be much easier for the female and to provide them the effective working function (Babbie, 2015). The scholarship program is only for the deserving right candidate which mean that education system of New Zealand is developing with the help of effective and suitable teachers.

Sue Caswell Scholarship program is effective and according to my education level and academic merits, my activity is suitable for gaining the scholarship and getting suitable education process regarding the teaching session within the market. The paper concluded the fact that the entire decision of scholarship providing directly depend on the selection committee as the university provide scholarship with the recommendation of selection committee within the field. This is suitable for the female students in the country to develop their knowledge and their educational background
