Globalisation and Its Interconnectedness

The emotional intelligence, diversity as well as the cultural intelligence is the effective way that helps for the development of various actors in the field to maintain the working process of the firm in the market (Maroy, Pons, and Dupuy, 2017). For understanding this process and for performing the various actions in the workshop the first week is being selected that is Globalisation. The purpose of this paper is to provide an effective view on the process of globalization and also it is quite effective for maintaining the cultural diversity and the working process within the organization for the development of productivity and the performance level of the firm in the market.

Globalisation is the process that is being used for the interconnection of the entire world for the activity that is growing (Daun, 2018). It can be seen that globalization is not generally caused by the single force rather it is formed with the dynamic interconnectedness in the technological, political, economic as well as cultural spheres within the world. Globalisation or the global interconnection is the suitable and the effective way to maintain their activity in the field (Silva, Santos, and Pacheco, 2015). It can be seen that the global technology is the effective way for the improvement of information and communication technology (Pieterse, 2015).

The process of globalization within the market also provides the view that the global economic condition is essential for the development of international activity (Kuli?, 2014). It can be seen that with the help of the FDI various country have the process to maintain Globalisation in their activity. It can be also seen that the economic globalization is being underscored with the market based economic structure which eventually helps to maintain the balance within the national interest as well as the individual people (Mullings, 2018). Globalisation is also the primary reason for the shift in the political view of the countries.

Culture is another vital point in this process as this help to interconnect people of various culture all over the world (Lo Bianco, 2014). This is one of the best ways that allows the working function of the people to maintain their activity within the field. The process of the workshop for the topic Globalisation is being carried out by the individual to present the view on the various activities in this process (Flaherty, 2015). This workshop will be carried on 5 days in the premises of the college campus to provide the view on the working system and the requirement of globalization within the world. With the development of the world, this is required to maintain the people and the various cultural diversity program within the country.

The objectives of the workshop:

• To understand the process and the theme of globalisation
• To understand the various opportunities as well as the threats that is being processed by globalisation
• To understand the influence of this process in the present day workforce
• To evaluate the link within the globalisation, cultural intelligence as well as emotional intelligence

Day 1

The primary activity in this day is to analyze and figure out the basic view and the information for the process globalisation. Here the individual will search various newspaper and other sources for understanding the process in the most effective way. Here the learning of the global technology along with the global economic will also be provided to share the view of the process with the various people. Understand the activity of the process is done by suitable trading chance for the people of various culture in the field. In day one people will learn about the topic and also develop effective understanding on the topic so that it became easier for them to carry out the activity on the next day. Day 1 entirely focus on the activity of the individuals for gathering information and knowledge regarding globalisation.

Day 2

By analyzing the process of working function within the field and also by understanding the cultural diversity in the process it helps to determine the opportunity and the threats that are presented by globalization. In Day 2 the entire activity is to figure out the opportunities that are being received by the people. For this process various activity like taking survey and interview of the various people from the different organization so that the theme of opportunity is clear for the individuals within the field. The survey is also performed for understanding various threats that are possessed by the people and the world due to the rapid growth of globalization. Day 2 is much effective for the workshop to maintain various activity in the field and to provide a suitable working function in the market.  

Day 3

This is the day when the activity for understanding the implication of globalization in the present workforce of the world took place. It can be seen that by taking various interview of the managers and the workers in the different organization and also by analyzing their work help to understand the cultural diversity in the organization. This is one of the best ways for performing various actions in the field as the cultural diversity allows the firm to maintain their working function in the market and to develop various activity in the field. Understanding the cultural diversity in the different organization help to understand the process that is essential for the organization to increase the productivity and their performance level. It is very much effective for the individuals to have this activity in the workshop so that idea regarding the various organization is being developed for the process of globalization.

Day 4

In the workshop of day 4 activity, the individuals have to maintain the activity for understanding the process of emotional intelligence with the globalization and also with the cultural intelligence. For this activity, it is essential to understand what is emotional as well as cultural intelligence within the market? This will help to generate knowledge regarding the cultural diversity as well as the emotional attachment of the people for performing the activity in the field. This is done by actively taking part in the various working process of the firm and also by helping the teachers and the people of different culture in the process. This eventually allows understanding the reaction of the people and their thought for the development of the process within the field. In the development process, it can be seen that emotion is one of the basic ways for the development or process within the field.

This is the last day of action which is to be performed with the help of various acts of helping the people and also gather information on the diversity. This is the final day of the workshop and for that, it became essential to maintain various activity and also analysis of the entire survey and the interview to gather effective and suitable view on the workshop and the working process in the globalization. The primary activity in this final day is to watch various videos on the lecture of globalization and the working process that help the firm to maintain their activity in the field. This is the day when the entire concept of globalization became clear and for this, all the activities are essential to be performed to maintain the working function of the organization in the international as well as in the local market.

The workshop is essential for providing the effective knowledge on the globalization along with the working process within the firm. It can be seen that the workshop for the five consecutive days helps to process various activity in the field to maintain their activity. It can be seen that workshop is vital for understanding the various actors within the field and this also lead to the development of the process in the market. With the help of this workshop for the globalization, the primary objective is to provide a suitable view on the cultural intelligence along with the emotional intelligence that is linked with the process of globalization in the market. With the rapid growth of the world and the technology, it became essential for the people to develop their understanding of the various process that would help them for the development of working function within the market. The fact is clear that the process is quite effective and for that, it became much easier for the development and the working function of the people in the market. It became much easier for the students to understand the process in the most effective way with the help of workshop.

It is evaluated that the process of globalization is one of the most controversial matters in the world but there are very few people who eventually have the actual view on the process of globalization.
