Disucuss about the Influence of Employees’ Satisfaction to Company Development.
Influence of employees’ satisfaction to company Development.
To achieve company’s development, employee’s satisfaction is very essential. The major points that employees consider for them to be satisfied in a company include job security, benefits an example being health care, compensation, opportunity to use their skills and abilities and the act of feeling safe in a working environment.
Employees’ satisfaction is important and has benefits. Firstly, satisfaction enhances good communication between the employee and senior management. It ensures that the whole group works like one team and which helps the company to achieve their goals smoothly and in a short period of time, all forms of wrangles are exempted which could hinder advancement(Jacobs,Yu, & Chavez,2016).
Secondly, satisfaction enhances maximum utilization of skills and abilities among the employees. The productivity of the employees is maximized when they are satisfied, this, in turn, boosts the overall performance of the company and development is achieved.
Thirdly, employees’ satisfaction enhances job-specific training. The employees have a chance to train to their area specialization where their brains are settled and are satisfied. Specialization boosts overall production within the company hence development is achieved.
Lastly, employees’ satisfaction maintains the overall corporate culture within the company. All the stakeholders of the company are able to focus on the company visions and objectives. The culture of the company is maintained which gives way to achievements and success of the company’s projects and sales, which eventually brings success and development to the company (Galpin, Whitttington & Bell, 2015).
When employees are unsatisfied, the opposite happens. Bad communications systems, low performance, lack of specialization. All this leads to company failure and low development is achieved instead.
