It also covers the latest operating procedures in maintaining the operating procedures which contain activities for quality assurance meant to ensure processes giving birth to high quality products and performance too. Failure mode effect analysis- the FMEA was involved in the identification of a failure and to know what had to be employed to have them corrected. This involved doing work in a process that is simulated and has poor quality control performance. The simulation was done by a group of 5 individuals and they were meant to identify the problems then analyze them after recording them (Marais, et al., 2012).
Development of work quality control improvements- here the work process problems were addressed and the quality problems solved. The groups were required to redesign the procedure to give a performance of high quality outcomes.
Control of test quality improvements- the improved processes were then run in a competition under time pressure (Marais, et al., 2012). The quality problems selected were identified and discussed by the entire groups to give an extraction of the learning in them.
-Review of the procedures of the company-the improved documents were reviewed by the instructor to help the learners (trainees) have a reinforcement of the good quality control practices (Venkatesh, 2014).
