There are some most crucial leadership qualities that need to be followed in order to bring out the desired success for any of the concerned person. There are four important areas which needs to be perceived by any of the leader concerned, these are influences, process, relationship and service (Bolman & Deal, 2017). Influencing is one of the strongest powers of an individual which helps in enhancing the leadership qualities by convincing the other people. Understanding of the mental level of the other person and adoption of the new and strategic ways to influence the person is having great leadership skills. The next is the desired process through which it is done and this also includes the ways to convince or influence the other people. Moreover, the processes consist of the ways by which people are encouraged and respected by different groups (Daft, 2014). These are the certain things which help in building up the quality to lead people effectively and efficiently. The third point is the leadership which critically suggests that the development of the strong relationship between two persons is important in order to execute any work processes. In the business field, the development of the stronger relationship between the customers and the dealers increases the chances of getting more profits from the respective customer (Fairhurst & Connaughton, 2014). Moreover, it is a matter of fact that the desired assistance provided to all of the customers increases their satisfaction level and increases the profitability and productivity of the organization. The fourth point is service which reveals that the leaders often sacrifice their wishes for the welfare of the concerned group. These four points are important in order to develop the best leadership skills within an individual concerned as this will boost the preferred growth and development of the concerned organization (Northouse, 2015). The services delivered to the customers should be of top quality as this helps in enhancing their customer’s satisfaction level. There needs to be a development of the effective strategies that will help in facilitating the desired growth of any of the concerned firm throughout the targeted market areas concerned.
The choice is justified as the four areas mentioned above helps in enhancing the capabilities and the skill level of the leader. The development of trust between the seller and consumers helps in establishing the stronger relationship which highlights leadership capabilities of a leader.
