The way a person responds or conducts himself in a certain condition is an important aspect that defines behavior. There are several approaches that an analyst can apply.
The approach uses positive and negative forms of reinforcement to encourage or discourage a certain behavior. An analyst can apply this approach in regulating where he can induce punishment for negative behavior to discourage it from occurring again (Baum, 2016). For example, in a school setting, a teacher can give a certain task to punish the wrong doers and rewarding good deeds.
The approach focuses on how people think, belief and how the thoughts affect people way of doing things (De Board, 2014).The analyst will, therefore, judge the behavior of an individual based on their level and hence can motivate it or discourage such a behavior.
An analyst can use the approach where it is the assumption that certain human behaviors are as a result of certain beliefs that they hold, the approach gives a vivid reason why some people behave the way they do. The approach is used to encourage or discourage a certain behavior.
The approaches are effective for taming behavior.
