Manning And Curtis For The Leaders

Which item on the list is one that you would consider to be one you exercise most naturally? Which item on the list is one that you would consider developing further to improve your leadership skills?

 

 

Manning and Curtis (2012) provided ten best tips for the leaders, which can help a leader to provide his best performance. While looking through these tips, I found that I naturally perform a tip regularly that is ‘Be understanding’. I always try to understand my subordinate’s vision for motivating them.

On the other hand, within these ten tips, I found that I have to improve my leadership skills through more focus on ‘Get out of the office’. I think it will help me to get more practical knowledge that will make me an efficient leader.
