The aim of the report is to integrate the knowledge from transformation, global strategy and business analytics of ConAgra Foods. It includes the clear understanding of all the three aspects and highlights the issues faced by the company. Moreover, there are certain frameworks that are used in the assessment to give clear understanding regarding the aspects. This report will help the company in identifying all the possible aspects that are essential for the betterment of the company. This analysis will be beneficial for the company at the time of the expansion of the business.
ConAgra Brands is a North American packaged foods company with the headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. The company produces and sells the product under the various brand names that are available in restaurants, supermarkets, and food service counters. It combines a rich heritage of making good food with a sharpened focus and entrepreneurial spirit. The company came into the existence in the year 1919 by Frank Little and Alva Kinney.
