About the Organization – Portfolio of Fantasy Films
In the world of creative world, film studios have a place of their own due to the engagement of audience and also the various different number of associations. According to I Fantasy Design Studios. (2018), the Fantasy Film studios is one of the popular studios that focusses on the development of poster and animation of the films and videos. In addition, the creative aspects of the video editing is also done which make the studio able to make films in a unique way.
The analysis of the Fantasy Film studios is done on the basis of the three matrix which has been provided in the next slides. The chart of the Fantasy films is also being done along with the analysis and recommendations of the four aspects of Fantasy films – Fantaspace, Advantage, Digi Fx and Anisoft. The overall analysis of the matrix conditions is also being done which can evaluate the advantage or the disadvantage of the four aspects.
BCG Matrix
The BCG matrix was created by the Bruce D. Henderson which is developed for the business analysis of the organization and to make sure that each of the organization have their specific strengths and weakness that they need to analyse (Palia, De Ryck and Mak 2014).
GE-McKinsey Matrix
The GE-McKinsey matrix is a business matrix of an organization that helps to make sure the strengths and weakness of an organization and also to determine the market attractiveness of the organization in the time span (Kokodey 2013).
Synergy Matrix
The Synergy Matrix is defined as the matrix that helps to find out the amount of response created in the market by the combined effect which is greater than the summation of the response created by them alone.
Fantaspace Analysis + Recommendations
The fantaspace is the most advantageous of all the four aspects and therefore categorised under Star. In this case both the market growth as well as the market share is on the highest plane.
Advantage is the second factor in this sense in which the market advantage is of high quality while the market share of the portion is of low value (Jobber and Ellis-Chadwick 2012). This makes sure that the business is doing well but has low income which is a con.
The recommendation is to increase the income of the organzation which means to increase the market share. In addition, the market position of the Advantage sector is to be maintained.
The key recommendation is to maintain the position and also to make sure that no competitor can take better advantageous position than this in the film studio sector (Chen 2015).
DIGI Fx Analysis + recommendations
In Digi FX, the sector is classified under Dogs, the strength of the sector is lower which means that the market attractiveness is low. In addition, the market share rate is medium which means that the income is medium which is a concern (Hartley and Claycomb 2013).
In the recommendation, the strength of the sector needs to be improved to make sure that the market attractiveness needs to be increased. In addition, the market share rate needs to be increased from medium to high to make sure that the organization has improved strength.
Anisoft analysis + recommendations
In the Anisoft section which is under the Question Mark category, both the market attractiveness as well as the market share is low which is one of the prime concerns of the organization. Both the parts being low, the profit of the organization is affected in a bad sense.
Both the market share as well as the attractiveness of the organizational sector is to be increased to make sure that each of the people of the organization have better facilities of the sector. This is the key recommendation of the section.
Overall analysis with current market conditions
Overall, analysing the market conditions of the Fantasy films, it can be said that that Fantaspace is the best sector in Fantasy films which has the best potential for making profit in the organization. In addition, the sections of Digi Fx and Anisoft is also to be improved to have better profit in the zone (Wilson et al. 2012). The medium two sections is to be improved to make sure that they have good profit margin.
In conclusion, it can be said that the four sectors of Fantasy films needs to be analysed to make sure that the parts that require improvement are improved and the pats that are profitable to the part are maintained. The last part of analysis should mention the amount of the improvements of the organization.
Opportunities Analysis
The organization has a number of opportunities to make the organization have betterments in the profit. The opportunities of the organization include the physical, financial and the human resources that are there for the betterment of the case in the prolonged matter.
Opportunities Recommendations
The recommendations include the development of more effective human resources and physical aspects of the organization. More stress towards the financial engagement resources should be made so that there is an increase in profit of the organization. The opportunities are to be analysed based on the needs of the organization in terms of the opportunities.
Mobilise Resources Analysis
There are both advantages and disadvantages of the resources in Fantasy films. The human and physical resources are one of the biggest pros in the sense while the con lies in the stagnant product selection as well as the lack of required profit in the sense (McCracken 2012).
Recommendations
The financial resources should be increased while better and more variety of films should be produced to make sure that each of the audience have their own level of films and videos made by the Fantasy Films. All the faults of the organization should be analysed and also mended to make sure that each of the people have their own choice and preference seen.
Transform and configure analysis
The transform and configure analysis is to make sure that the production which is at low level is also maintained. The development of better and more variety of products should be made so that each and every person of the organization have the liberty to feel and have their choices (Kumar and Rajan 2012). The management and the authorities’ sources are also maintained in terms of production and consumption.
Conclusion
In conclusion, it can be seen that the Fantasy films is one of the most popular film studios of the times which is analysed based on the three matrix as stated in the above slides. In addition, the dynamic capabilities of the firm is also analysed with the required recommendations to make sure that all the parts of the organization are having the specific changes as required.
